Hi Botpress Support Team, I am currently on the Plus Plan and I am developing a chatbot for a local government entity (City Hall). I am having trouble configuring the HITL (Human-in-the-Loop) functionality in the Cloud Studio. I have followed the official documentation, but I am facing the following issues: Missing Cards: Even though the HITL Integration is installed, the "Escalate to Human" card does not appear in the "Agents" section of the Card Tray within the Studio. Agent Activation: I cannot find or enable the HITL Agent from the Agents menu in the sidebar. It is not showing up in my "Enabled Agents" list. Plan Capability: The documentation states that HITL is available for Team and Enterprise customers. Since I am on the Plus Plan, I would like to clarify if I have access to the HITL escalation cards and the human agent dashboard. Specific requests: Could you please confirm if the Plus Plan includes access to the HITL Agent and its corresponding flow cards? If it is included, what are the exact steps to make the "Escalate to Human" card visible in the current version of the Cloud Studio? Is there any additional configuration required in the Hub or Integration settings to trigger the handoff UI? I look forward to your guidance so I can continue with my project.
