Have been having a weird issue with HITL integrations on a paid account, have been fixated on the various Chatwoot integrations -- but have been ending at the same weird place; something todo with missing conversation id for integration. I can't seem to find any more logs on this, execpt for:
Error executing card "card:Send To Agent" in flow:main_menu_flow:node:Standard1 - qr: Conversation "conv_01KDT6Y077Z7NCNAPM8ARAR5K2" does not exist for integration

Hey! So it fixed yesterday and was working. What changes caused it to stop?

Hi @loud-crowd-60573 ā I donāt actually think this is resolved for other users. I had to write an HITL plugin that can connect to self hosted Chatwoot ā utilizing the HITL plugin to expose the āstartHITLā action.
It seems the community plugins (for Chatwoot) were outdated.

It's just a tricky situation as HITL is meant to be for "plus" plan members only.

@User Thatās fine, still on a plus plan and even if thatās enforced my workaround implements the HITL library which Iād assume is responsible for that billing authorisation.
The problem is the HITL interface still has a lot of features my enterprise clients require as standard ā something ChatWoot, Freshdesk etc was built for.
