It started when we suddenly got 5000 of active conversations a day (the website traffic is approximately 1000 a day - we also checked that was not caused by bots) It was several conversationStarted events by minutes (from 10 to 30) So i decided to delete the conversationStarted trigger just to stop the hemorrhage , but it turns out we're still receiving conversationStarted events , which is in theory impossible the problem is still happening, and it has burned over 30 000 events in the past few days, which is very problematic FYI, i use the latest version of the webchat library , and here's the package.json :
