Hi, I’m noticing a delay with the very first bot message after opening the chat — it usually shows up about 2–5 seconds later. Is this expected behavior? Could it be related to having “Always Alive” turned off, or is there something else that typically causes this initial delay (e.g., cold start, workflow initialization, knowledge search, etc.)?

I mean the preactive message that triggers after the ‘start conversation’ trigger. I don't think there's a direct way to speed up the conversation start trigger message!

Thanks for the information. Is there a way to make the message send first, but using another faster method — not via the trigger?
