Hi, We have deployed a bot through whatsapp. When bot escalates a topic to a human, we are able to see this in "human handoff" dashboard inside botpress and we are starting to talk. However, SOMETIMES, messages are not receiving to users after a couple of hours through this screen. We are not assigning the conversation back to bot, we are keeping it open. However the system doesnt work sometimes and users are not receiving the messages altough they are sent from botpress human handoff screen. This is impacting our efficiency and people dont receive the expected messages. Do you know if there is a timeout limit for human handoff messages ?

Hi @loud-crowd-60573 This is nice practical knowledge, thank you for sharing. Altough I set "inactivity timeout" value as "0". Still the messages are not received by users when texted through human handoff chat screen inside botpress. You can see HITL and timeout card in attached screenshot. For instance ; users are starting to a conversation with bot, bot is escalating the convo to human, human is texting through human handoff dashboard chat screen, user is not receiving that message.
