Lost access to Botpress workspace after Google acc...

Hi, We have an active Botpress Cloud workspace that is still running, but we lost access after the original Google Workspace owner account was deleted and later recreated. When trying to log in using “Continue with Google”, the authentication completes but then redirects back to the sign-in page without showing any error. The original owner email was daniel.ballesteros@teilur.ai . The email now exists again, but we believe the original Google account (ID) no longer exists. We already submitted a support request through the Contact Us form. Is there a way to reassign ownership or recover access to this workspace? We can provide company/domain verification if needed. Thanks in advance!

hey @loud-crowd-60573, quick favor Since the original owner account (Daniel Ballesteros) is no longer accessible, could you please assign my account (jeison@teilur.com) as owner of the workspace?
@loud-crowd-60573 I currently have admin access, but I’m blocked from managing some protected tables (like adding new products), and we need full access to maintain and update the bot. If the old owner account needs to be removed, that’s totally fine — we no longer have access to that email anyway.
