Hello, I would like to request assistance regarding my Botpress implementation. I am currently trying to use Botpress connected to LINE Official Account (LINE OA) and integrate it with HubSpot. Here is my intended setup: • When a user enters my LINE OA, I want to trigger a Chatflow created in Botpress. • I have already created the Chatflow, but when I test it via LINE, it does not work as expected. • I believe I may have configured something incorrectly and would appreciate guidance on how to properly set up the Chatflow for LINE OA. Additionally, I would like the following behavior: 1. If users ask questions outside of the predefined Chatflow, I want Botpress AI to automatically respond. 2. I want all LINE OA users to be created as Contacts in HubSpot. 3. I want a Ticket to be automatically created in HubSpot for each user interaction.
