Of course, thank you for helping me!

I think this is still the same video of the demo. Are you able to click through each card and show the inspector tab of each? I'm assuming the problem might be within the inputs
w
Thanks! So I think the first thing is that you need to store the selected time that the user chooses for the Single Choice card in a variable. Currently its empty.
Then you also need to add that time variable into the AI Task Input (replace the
event time: {{workflow.availabledates}}
) https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/1468837016627183768/1469034877465923757/image.png?ex=698630d8&is=6984df58&hm=b75b9d261937ffbe218b5b565d97003df89e70e379adc15ce7ed42ffbe299f0f&
Feel free to show me what this change does afterwards

Thank you so much, the timing work out great! Two things that I'm still confused on is the double booking not working and also, when I put "tomorrow" or just like the next day, one of my option (5:30-7:00) are removed even though theres no reservation on that day? https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/1468837016627183768/1469042447660093470/20260205-1846-24.8378725.mp4?ex=698637e5&is=6984e665&hm=580a4bf3483411541a49e9c6a7315632f8be66532d4abf7c648f9b15638c0feb&

NIce! I'm not completely sure about the double booking you're talking about. Are you trying to schedule 2 bookings at the same time?
For the times, I think it could be the timezone input for your Check Availability card. It might be case sensitive so try
America/Los_Angeles
Let me know if that changes anything
c
Alr im soo sorry for bothering you but idk why it kept happened. I tried to change it into America/Los_Angeles and the date messed kept messing up.
When I input "today" the bot put in the calendar as the next day, and if i input "tomorrow", the bot registered it as the day after the intended date.
For double booking. I meant it like I wanted the bot to transition to standard 2 card if there is already an event at that time in the calendar or like a way to set how many appointment are allowed per time-slot.

Hey! So after taking a look some suggestions: - The instructions in your AI task may need to get updated. You still mention
availabledates (in PST)
where its suppose to mention your new variable that you added for the selected time. - I'd also suggest looking at your calendar configuration. Check that the calendar's time zone is the same as your cards which is PST
Besides this, everything else looked right so far!
I see. So if you want to see like "busy time slots" in your Check Availability card, there is the busySlots key in the variable you also got formattedFreeSlots from. More details around what the output looks like is also in our documentation https://botpress.com/docs/integrations/integration-guides/googlecalendar#check-availability
c
Ok thank you!
I'll try all the option and see how it'll go
Hey Chloe, I tried your suggestions and it still doesn't seem to work? The timing is still correct but the bot still put the user input "today" as the next day.
w
Hey! I'd recommend seeing what the value stored for startDate and endDate in the Variables tab on the left looks like while testing your bot. It'll be in RFC format so convert it yourself to see if its the correct date and time that you input
c
Ok so for some reason it js worked out fine with me touching anything?😅
the missing time for the "tomorrow" input is still there but ig I'll work on something else
thank you so much for helping me!!!

no problem! Glad it worked out 😄
