We are currently on the Plus plan and would like to confirm whether ADK-based custom plugins are supported.
If the Plus plan does not include ADK support, could you clarify which plans do, and whether ADK access is expected to be available on Plus given that it is a paid tier?

02/05/2026, 12:49 PMWe’re integrating Botpress with Meta WhatsApp Business API.
Our setup is:
We have one main Meta business (comapny A) that already has WhatsApp successfully connected, and we want to share that WhatsApp/Page access to other client businesses (like cleint B and cleint C) so their bots can use the same infrastructure.
Right now Meta is blocking partner asset sharing because our company business is unverified, so WhatsApp and Facebook Page assets can’t be granted to other businesses yet.
My questions:
Is Meta business verification required before partner businesses can see WhatsApp/Page assets in Botpress?
Once verification is done and assets are shared, will Botpress detect the channels automatically, or do we still need extra setup (API keys, system users, webhooks, etc)?
Any common issues when doing WhatsApp + Botpress with multiple client businesses?
Would really appreciate your guidance.
