Hi! I got the 7 days plus trials and when I tried to cancel the auto-renewal (to avoid being charged after the trial), the Plus plan was removed immediately and I lost access to the trial features. My intention was not to cancel the trial, only to prevent the automatic charge after the 7 days. In most platforms, canceling during a trial keeps the plan active until the trial ends, so this was unexpected. Is there any way to: restore the remaining trial period, or re-enable the Plus trial on my workspace?

Me again @loud-crowd-60573 .quick context: yesterday I manually canceled the 7-day free trial because I thought it would stay active until the end and just not renew, but the Plus plan was removed immediately, so I exported my bot and moved everything to a new account. Today, on this new account, I started the free trial again and it was working fine, but after around 20 minutes it got canceled automatically without me doing anything (I didn’t click cancel or change any billing settings). there’s any way to restore the trial so I can properly test the Plus features? Thanks!

If you create a new workspace you'll have the opportunity to start a new free trial again - you don't need to create a new account.

but i have all setted in the original workspace, with all the integrations installed,etc. also when i want to import the bot, it says that feedback table is used in the other workspace and throw me an error. But dont worry, i will fix it. thankyou!
