Chatbots users can be banned in meta apps?

I’m building an AI customer support chatbot for WhatsApp and Instagram. I’ve recently read claims that Meta may ban or restrict accounts using AI chatbots.
Is this true for customer support bots using botpress, or does it only apply to general-purpose generative AI?
I checked this link but it’s still not fully clear: https://www.whatsapp.com/legal/business-solution-terms/ (Go directly to "Ai Providers")
Any guidance on how to stay compliant would be really appreciated.
