try doing: 1. Run

Get-ExecutionPolicy

If its restricted try:

Set-ExecutionPolicy -ExecutionPolicy RemoteSigned -Scope CurrentUser

Then test the adk command n see if it worked 2. Reinstall ADK n try again 3. Using a different terminal to either run the ADK command or reinstall ADK then run init again
