I’ve built an AI chatbot using Botpress and connected it to both Instagram and Facebook Messenger. On Instagram, everything works as expected — the bot only responds to DMs. However, on Facebook Messenger, the bot is also automatically replying to post comments, which I don’t want. I want the bot to respond only when a user sends a direct message (DM) and not trigger on comments at all. Additional detail: In the Facebook and Messenger configuration, I have already disabled the “reply to comments” option. Despite this, the bot still keeps replying to comments automatically on Facebook posts. Is there a way in Botpress (or via Facebook app/webhook settings) to: Disable comment-triggered responses, and Ensure the bot only listens to Messenger DMs? Any guidance or best practices would be really appreciated. Thanks!
