Hey @astonishing-petabyte-34386 can I get your workspace ID? also the website your bot is live on
w
what issue are you having exactly
l
He used css to make his bot cool and green as seen in the preview but in production the bot is just black
at least the buttons turned green though
Greenday > Screen day clever name sir
w
oh okay
hmm sometimes the classes are different in the webchat preview, have had that happen to me before
i'm gonna check it in a bit
l
Ty shen ❤️
w
actually i think it's something else
@astonishing-petabyte-34386 you may be incorrectly appying the stylesheet
your configuration file must have "additionalStylesheetUrl": "https://files.bpcontent.cloud/2026/01/20/18/20260120184826-CMO2WXIW.css",
linking it as an html tag does nothing i think
try re-publishing your custom css in botpress then copying the new deploy script
the window.botpress.init method should come with this already filled in
message has been deleted
a
where can I find the ID?
this link comes automaticly if i place the two scripts in the webpage 🙁
