Activating Message Feedback works on one bot, but ...

Hi - My colleague and I are evaluating Botpress for the Team plan for a university customer support bot. We each have an account with a free plan bot. In my bot, I go to Webchat > Features > Message Feedback. I toggle on Message Feedback and publish the bot. I check the preview of the bot. And right away I see the thumbs up and down icons on hover to rate the bot's generative replies. Nice! My colleague has a separate BotPress account, which I have access to as well. We are careful to ensure only one of us is logged in, as this is the free plan. He follows the same steps, and the bot lacks message feedback for its replies. The webchat version is 3.5. There is no custom CSS that might be hiding these feedback icons. I have logged in and tried deactivating Message Feedback and publishing. Then reactivating Message Feedback and republishing. We've cleared browser cache. It's not working. We're both very new to Botpress, so we haven't customized much from the multi-step wizard, short of added web URLs to the knowledge base. The problematic bot is seven days old. I understand we could delete the bot and start over. (I also logged in and exported the bot.) But that does not inspire "pre-sales" confidence to choose Botpress as a solution. What else can we try to troubleshoot this Message Feedback issue?
l
Have you guys tried copying the bot to another bot as opposed to exporting?
I just tried toggling it on and off and it worked fine on my end!

Thanks, Ross. As we're evaluating Botpress, we have a one-bot limit on the free plan per account. How would copying work?
l
Whats the workspace ID? I might be able to add a new bot, complete the copy and delete the old one.

Update: It's no longer just my colleague's bot on the free plan with the Mesage Feedback issue. My bot had the Message Feedback working yesterday on the free plan. The feature no longer works for me today. To troubleshoot, I accessed my bot and turned off Message Feedback and published. Then I turned it back on and published again. I used an incognito tab to access the Preview URL. And my bot won't show thumbs up/down icons upon hover. We both are around 80% on the free monthly AI spend (thanks, Botpress!) if that's part of the issue. @loud-crowd-60573 I can share the workspace IDs for each bot, but is that something OK to do on this forum? Or should I direct messsage those IDs?
l
You can share them here!

Thanks, @loud-crowd-60573 My workspace ID: 01KEND7REBNRNJN4JEHMZ2MJQA Colleague's workspace ID: 01KECTCJ6T952NFS6T5FHCPYF7
@fast-pharmacist-62598
not every message will have a feed back button
will check your colleague now
Your colleagues bot is working fine too @fast-pharmacist-62598
The feedback buttons will not appear if the bot is presenting options / buttons. Once it produces a stand alone message, the button will appear
If you are unsatisfied with how the AN is producing the questions themseleves you would need to tailor the instructions to better serve your needs!

@User I see. There are cases where the bot produces an excellent reply and gives option buttons. Attached is an example. Is there no way in the UI to have message feedback for great replies (or not so great replies) with option buttons? Is the alternative to revise the AN instructions to not offer option buttons? I do think the option buttons are convenient for users and are more important than message feedback. https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/1461470582725148735/1461808797218635848/room-reply.png?ex=69844ac8&is=6982f948&hm=934faf1c270cf91664fd813acab78be8b2b1ed52767bc03af18135c169366282&
