How can I make the bot show the user that the bot is thinking and looking for the information? After the first message it does show three dynamic dots "..." that let the user know that the bot is thinking, but it does not always show up! Is there a card for this or any way to use an execute code card for it?

The 3 dots would be the indicator that represents it is looking for information!

Yess I know, but sometimes it doesn't show up: My KB's have lots of information so the bot usually takes a little to answer, so I have configured a message like "please wait a moment..." to be more interactive. However, after it displays that message, the bot doesn't show the 3 dots again althought it is still thinking and about to send another message to the user

Yeah, unfortunetly there is no additional features to adjust this.

actually there was a card "show typing indicator" but it disappeared a few weeks ago
