Context: everything works in emulator. Problem: on the production nothing works and I tried to solve the issue with the ChatGPT so below I describe what I did. Problem details (what actually is wrong): 1. When I started testing bot on production - I wrote "Hi" and then this first message stored in the emulator and production too. 2. When I open the bot on production - it does not start the initial message from node automatically, but requires me to input the text (which is not the behavior I intent). 3. When I post the text before I tried to do debugging (I am not a programmer), it showed no result at all. 4. After I did what Chat GPT suggested: Step 1 — Prove if it’s a channel problem or a workflow problem In Main workflow, create a new node: PROD_TEST Add one Text card: ✅ Production is connected. Connect Start → PROD_TEST (direct, no other nodes) Publish Open production chat → type “hi” As a result I had everything like Chat GPT suggested BUT then I wanted to delete this : ✅ Production is connected. node and I did. HOWEVER, after I connected Strt node to the First node with welcome message and saved everything - on production after typing "Hi" (it is still non-automatic) - I typed me : ✅ Production is connected. - but this node was already deleted from chatbot. As of now - I need to finish this student task asap. Someone, who is more expert than I am please help me to debug this and make the bot work on production. Thank you.
