When placing botpress on my website it creates a big blank white space at the bottom. I think that this is a recent issue as it was not always like this. do you know how to fix?
I am embeding the chat buble with the script tags
l
can you send a screenshot please mr 🍋 @bulky-kitchen-40723
b
the shaded part should be the end of the website
l
Are you sure you pasted the code into the head section of the HTML?
b
its a shopify store so its a liquid file but yeah its in the head tag. I can try moving it up?
yeah its still happening
l
this is a shopify store using botpress
seems to be working fine here, so I think something wrong may be happening on your side
- is the chat bubble not appearing at all?
b
I was able to fix it by adding async to the script tag of the first scirpt

Oh so everything is all good now
?
Mind sending another screenshot 😄
b

the website just ends now
