Who has successfully made a connection to chatwoot using the chatwoot cards? I keep receiving the 404 error

Hello @loud-crowd-60573, I have followed the above guide and I have read the HITL guide. As of now, our Botpress bot will reply to all messages, even after we try and take it over as a human agent, and we do not want it to do this. What is the intended manner to take over the conversation as a human agent in Chatwoot? And is there a way for our bot to initiate a HITL transition? To be clear, I would expect a HITL transition to cause the bot to stop replying to messages. I see an error "no hitl conversation for chatwoot conversation 52", does Botpress assume that we will be using the HITL agent/integration inside of Botpress?

Oh, thank you. I had not attempted to use that HITL plugin. I have installed it. Is there a way to see its documentation? I searched over the Botpress Github briefly, but perhaps this is an external integration? I am now seeing this error: "Event propagation was stopped. Reason - Hitl plugin stopped the event propagation in hook before_incoming_message." Issue: The HITL plugin does not reply to the initial incoming message. The desired functionality: Transfer from bot to human (3 steps) 1. A Botpress bot handles all incoming messages until... (see step 2) 2a. A human agent takes over the conversation in Chatwoot 2b. The Botpress bot decides it is time to handoff the conversation to a human agent 3. The botpress bot stops replying to incoming messages after the handoff

I am now seeing this error: "Event propagation was stopped. Reason - Hitl plugin stopped the event propagation in hook before_incoming_message." Hello, @loud-crowd-60573 , The issue is not with the plus plan, because the same issue occurred when using a Plus plan account. I signed up for the free trial and the issue occurred.

it is possible as HITL is meant to be reserved for plus plan members only
