Hi there. I'm having a small problem with the bot embedded in a website. The issue is that if the user's talking to the bot and leave the conversation for just seconds to another app or another tab, the bot goes back to the start node and that's really annoying. Is there any way to change that so the bot remains in the conversation, right where it was? Thanks so much for the help!

if the conversation is left on an input card, itll wait regardless of what tab youre on, or it should do atlease
if you show your workflow and where youre leaving the conversation ill be able to tell

sure, this is what my workflow looks like but, actually it just resets anywhere in the conversation. i don't really know what to do to solve this. i've also changed the inactivity timeout to 60 mins (as you can see in the screenshot) but nothing happens. hang on, is the issue always after the users first message?
because those choice exit junctions arent wired up to anything

yeah, i know. they're not supposed to because i just want the answer stored in a variable and that's it. once the user selects the language, the conversation moves on. you can check it on the website if you like. let me know and thanks so much for the reply
and no, the issue is not after that message. it's actually anywhere in the conversation. whenever i leave the website (in any node or part of the workflow) and come back, the bot resets and starts the conversation from Standard1
it usually happens when the payment process is taking place because the bot tells the user to make a screenshot of a transaction (made outside of the bot in any payment method selected) and then the user has to come back and upload that screenshot to the bot in order to approve the payment. whenever they come back, they face the issue.
so, it usually happens in a file upload card and just as you mentioned, it is an input card so (in theory) it should wait for the input , right?

my bad mate few things came up, test it and then look at the logs, it shouldnt reset the convo when you go on a different tab
btw, if you expect the user to have to select a language, but you just want to save it in variable, then click the choices card, on the right of each text box (espanyol, english, so on) there is a little key icon (the blue thing), click that for each of the choices, because at this moment, how your setup is, if you click any of the languages it will end the convo as the exit junction isnt connected to a node
but test it, and when it happens immediately go to the production logs (i assume youre testing it deployed and not in emulator) you should at least from those logs be able to see the reason it ended, what node or timeout happened
