Hi. Whenever it try and test some functions on my bot I get a ‘something went wrong. Please reload the page and try again’ message. I have reset/refreshed the page and my Mac several times. Any helps on why this could be showing is greatly appreciated https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/1455918879183474804/1455918879598444656/IMG_1713.jpg?ex=697b639e&is=697a121e&hm=a140c1d443545e615fe26b6bc8f8dbc8d20455196342036f36ab94d330058a5f&

Hey' Can you try clearing cache? Or using a different browser
r
Thank Ross. I have tried both. I’ve figured out the problem is with my autonomous node. Every other workflow works fine. Have you seen anything like this before?
l
Can you search improvement in integrations and upgrading it?
And let me know if the report still occurs
r
hi Mackenzy, have you found a solution to this? Currently facing the same situation. I understand the problem is with the autonomous node, but I need it for my workflow to function. I would really appreciate a hand with this.
r
Hi Jawn. I originally had the autonomous node in my main workflow and worked as normal until this error. To fix this error I had a transition to another workflow and copied the autonomous node into there! 🤷🤷🤷still not sure why or what caused the error but it worked! Hopefully this helps

Hi Mackenzy, thanks for the reply. Sorry for the late response, I was on holiday. How did you transition to another workflow? I have a few workflows using autonomous nodes, and all of them seem to give the same message. Thanks!
r
Hi jawn. No problem. So on the workflow section you can just select add workflow. It will create a new one. You can rename it to whatever you want and then I went to my original workflow, added a new node. And select the transition card linking to the new workflow (it should be green). I then just put my autonomous node in that one and it fixed it Not sure if any of that made sense but hopefully I helped a little hahah
r
Ah it seems to be working! Do you know if there's a way to transition back to the main workflow afterwards, without ending the conversation? It's fine if you don't, thanks for the help!
l
Hey @rhythmic-doctor-69246 you need to enable to exit node in your secondary workflow and then you can route it back to anywhere in the main!
r
Thanks Ross and Mackenzy for the help!
