Reducing engine-level log noise
# 🤝help

Hi all, Merry Christmas - quick question about Studio Cloud log suppression (no functional issues). When using custom webchat events (e.g. file uploads from a custom UI), Studio Cloud logs consistently include lines like:
Unknown message of type "webchat:trigger" on channel "unknown"
followed by a long machine-generated JSON payload (which is fine for the engine, but noisy for human log review). Everything functions correctly downstream (raw Capture, no cognitive extraction), so I understand this is expected engine behavior. My question is purely about suppression: – Is there any supported way in Studio Cloud to suppress, downgrade, or filter this log output? Related: the built-in
conversation-insights hook
runs after every outgoing message and produces additional lifecycle log entries. Again, I know this is expected - just checking whether this is configurable or suppressible at all in Cloud. Thanks.

Merry Christmas @gentle-policeman-89141 🎄 You cannot suppress the built‑in engine logs, but you can hide them with the log‑filter feature and by disabling optional Hooks or auto‑started conversations. - Open Studio → Logs in the Botpress dashboard. - At the top of the Logs page there is a filter bar. - Type a keyword or pattern that matches the noisy lines, ie webchat:trigger. - Press Enter - You can combine multiple filters (ie level:info webchat:trigger) to narrow results too! - Additionally Disable optional hooks that add extra entries The Conversation‑Insights hook creates additional lifecycle logs
