Hi All, We created a whatsapp bot to use in an EXISTİNG phone number. During authentication, Meta shows such an error : This phone number is already registered in a whatsapp account. To use this number, please disconnect this phone number from the existing business account. Is there anyone who already created a bot inside an existing phone number? It would be perfect to see comments from old cases.

Hi @User, but there is a workaround, right? there must be, because otherwise no one can build such things on an existing phone numbers.. how about getting back-up, disconnecting the phone number from old account as OAuth window suggest, and go back to apply. I will loose the contacts, old chat messages and that is okey as long as currect phone contacts are able to text the number as usual. Would it be worth to try?

Meta does not allow coexistence between the WhatsApp Business App and the Cloud API. If you disconnect the phone number from the app, you'll lose contacts and conversations. Additionally, if the number is used by the Cloud API, you cannot reconnect it to the app without first disconnecting it from the Cloud API.
