Hi Botpress community 👋 I’m building a B2B2C chatbot and need to call my backend API to fetch dynamic data (nearest locations by text address). I’d like to ask very specifically: 1. Where exactly do we call an external API in Botpress UI? - Is it via Actions? - Or directly inside a Flow node? 2. Recommended flow - Get user input address, landmark in text form (ex: customer ask storage near Eifel Tower -> Chatbot scan the data and suggest the nearest storage point) - Send it to backend API - Receive JSON response - Return results to the user Any step-by-step guidance or doc link would be really helpful.
