I'm experiencing a critical issue that affects all my bots and even newly created workspaces. 📌 Problem Summary: - Image/file uploads show in Webchat UI (thumbnail visible) - But Botpress receives no file payload at all - Event payload is always: {} - Event type often shows: "webchat/channel/bloc" (unexpected) - Happens in Webchat v3.5, Kakao channel, all bots - Even brand new workspace + blank bot + Webchat Preview fails 📌 Confirmed: - Not caused by flows or code - Not caused by workspace corruption - Reproducible 100% in new workspace - Upload button works, but no event delivered - This blocks all OCR/image-based workflows This appears to be a platform-level file upload pipeline failure. We have a production-blocking Webchat regression and opened a P0 GitHub issue. However, the Botpress Cloud contact form requires a business email, so there is no accessible support/incident channel for individual users. Is there an official escalation path in this case?
