Last ditch effort - I'm being advised to leave Botpress and switch to another service - Why? Because I've put in so much effort to get my project launched and months later still struggling with setbacks. The latest setback - all my efforts to get my chatbot visible on mobile browsers and on Chrome have failed. Has ANYONE else had this issue where the chatbot is not showing on all devices and browsers? If so, how did you fix it. I'm giving this about 24 hours before I move which saddens me after conquering so many hurdles and being so close to launch ready. HI guys, I just want to ask a question about integration with whatsapp, recently I am building a whatsapp chatbot, because watching the tutorial on how to build a whatsapp chatbot it said that I will need to create a whatsapp business profile, in this case the "Whatsapp business profile ≠ Whatsapp business account"? therefore, I will just need to create a normal whatsapp account for the bot? and If I want to interact it with human directly I just directly just interact by login to the normal whatsapp account?

Hello everyone, is there a native solution from botpress on how to set up a feedback loop? I have set up a bot for one of our teams and they are now supposed to test it. I would like to have a way that if they discover an error while testing the bot, they can also report this error to me. Either via a native solution or do I have to build my own automation with a trigger word? Thanks for your help!

I’ve already built a strong flow, but I’m currently stuck on the part where the user selects the reservation date and time. What I want to achieve is: • The bot checks table and seat availability for a specific time slot • If available, it confirms the reservation and saves it to Airtable using Make.com • If not available, the bot should propose an alternative time or date Has anyone solved this or built something similar? hey all I'm new to discord in general so sorry if this isn't proper format but looking for help debugging a botpress + ms teams setup in enterprise tenant. I work for a mid-sized investment manager (for context) building a Teams-based IT Support chatbot using Botpress Cloud. it's connected via a custom Teams app and properly configured (endpoint, App ID, Teams Admin Center, manifest, etc). the bot does log inbound activity from Teams when I message it, but it never replies in the Teams UI. stuff I’ve tried/wrestled with: - correct messaging endpoint (double checked) - bot service + Teams channel enabled in Azure - Teams app installed + reinstalled in client + admin portal - Teams Admin Center settings (messaging + calling enabled) - App registration + client secret - Bot logs show messages received, and responses generated — they just never show up in the chat I’ve basically hit a wall — not sure if this is a permissions issue, a webhook issue, or something deeper w/ the Teams channel config. has anyone had this issue before or knows where else to look?
