All of our base images support amd64 as well as arm64

but how do i target it?

It's a multi platform manifest image so you can switch to it and it will pick the right architecture. Of you're trying to build arm, you can use the

platform

property in your recipe

but when i run generate-iso it does stuff related to x86_64

Oh hmm. That might be an issue. I don't know if the upstream project we use to create ISOs supports building arm

base image is ghcr.io/blue-build/base-images/fedora-base

I'd have to dig into this and figure out what's needed and even if it's possible as is

can i switch the base image to like something else?

Absolutely. If you use one of the fedora atomic official ISO files, that supports arm, you could then switch to your built image pretty easily
