ok so i didn't have cuda installed, so installed 11.7. Now i am reinstalling pytorch

One thing to make sure is that you have compatible versions. The easiest way is to generate the installation from https://pytorch.org/get-started/locally/

i got that all squared away, now i gotta figure out how to allocate all the video mem to this
