Hey @Ashley Zhao!! Thanks for the question - simple but a GOOD one. 🤩 I like to think of monitoring as pointing out an issue, but not enough to really be able to root cause the issue. Think of it as a red/green light - tells you something is going wrong, but doesn’t tell you how to go fix it. Observability is that ability to trace back the issue to underlying data or model cause!
