The default docker base image still have conda installed, but user can choose to use a different docker image without conda

Yeah I have bad experience with build times, image size, and misc. other stuff when it comes to conda. However, after testing the latest slim base images the builds went really fast and the image size was very small (below a gig), so quite great 😄
