Hi team, I’m encountering an issue with deployments, I have two deployments, let’s say I have deployment1 and deployment2. Both are currently set to scale of 0. When I attempt to request both deployments simultaneously, only one of them begins scaling up to 1, while the other does not. Is this an expected behavior? Could this behavior be related to the plan I’m using? Thank you
