BentoML

Hi BentoML team,

I'm encountering a dependency conflict when trying to add `crewai` to my project. The core issue is:

• BentoML (<=1.3.5) depends on opentelemetry-api==1.20.0
• crewai (>=0.61.0) requires opentelemetry-api>=1.22.0
This creates an incompatibility between BentoML and crewai, and crewai is a hard requirement for me.

My questions are:

1. Is there a hard requirement for opentelemetry-api 1.20.0 in BentoML, or could a newer version potentially work?
2. If there is flexibility, what's the recommended way to resolve this within the BentoML ecosystem? Perhaps:
    a. An update to BentoML that supports newer opentelemetry-api versions?
    b. A way to override specific dependencies in BentoML?
    c. Any other suggestions for managing this type of version conflict?
