Hi there! I noticed in the new version's cuda dockerfile templates these line are missing:

RUN curl -O <https://bootstrap.pypa.io/get-pip.py> && \
    python3 get-pip.py && \
    rm -rf get-pip.py

Without this I can't run inside the docker pip/pip install. In this file for example:

bentoml/_internal/container/frontend/dockerfile/templates/cuda_debian.j2

these lines don't exists. I am using another template and had to add it there:

{% block SETUP_BENTO_BASE_IMAGE %}
ARG CODEARTIFACT_USER
{{ super() }}

ARG CODEARTIFACT_USER
ENV CODEARTIFACT_USER=$CODEARTIFACT_USER
ADD src/codeartifact-requirements.txt .

RUN curl -O <https://bootstrap.pypa.io/get-pip.py> && \
    python3 get-pip.py && \
    rm -rf get-pip.py

{% endblock %}

In an older version of bentoml this works. Any idea why and if it'll be fixed?
