Hi, We're currently using BentoML version 1.2.7 and need to configure the Swagger description for the "service: dev" configuration. When starting the service with `entrypoint.sh`: echo "Starting BentoML server..."

poetry run bentoml serve "${service_file}":"${service_name}" --do-not-track --api-workers ${BENTOML_API_WORKERS:-1} $extra_opts

we noticed that the "`svc_version"` variable is `None`: https://github.com/bentoml/BentoML/blob/65b22ef51b874b4669331879ff4323ba3ee10cb4/src/bentoml/_internal/bento/bento.py#L103 Is there a way to overwrite this variable for custom configuration? Thanks in advance.
