BentoML

Hi, is there a possibility to supply bentoml Prometheus dir as a env var or any other way( so it won't be on bentoml_home? right now when we deploy services with one mount point for a shared bentoml models storage, all metrics are written into the same folder.

according to the code, there is such a scenario where this folder is created on tmp ( which is good for me) but use_alternative var is not being used on the code
