What’s the reason that you need to turn them off?

you can do that via a configuration change, set `api_server.metrics.enabled` to `False`, see:

This will turn off `/metrics`, but not the `livez` endpoints

Hi <@UKB4CLKP1>! I don't wish to turn off the metrics endpoint - I just don't want to collect metrics about them! At the moment we pay per metric, so this is quite expensive, when we just want to monitor the performance of our inference endpoints
