Hey all We recently upgraded our Rails application, specifically Avo Pro to version 3.17.2 and tailwindcss-rails to 4.0.0. During our Docker image build process, we encountered an error when Bundler attempted to install Avo Pro. The error message indicated a problem with the gobject-introspection gem (version 4.2.7): An error occurred while installing gobject-introspection (4.2.7), and Bundler cannot continue. In Gemfile: poppler was resolved to 4.2.7, which depends on gio2 was resolved to 4.2.7, which depends on gobject-introspection Initially, we tried downgrading Avo Pro, but the same error persisted. We then re-upgraded Avo Pro to 3.17.2 and downgraded tailwindcss-rails to its previous version. This allowed the Docker build to complete successfully. After further investigation, we discovered that installing the libgirepository1.0-dev package within our Docker image resolved the issue, even with the upgraded tailwindcss-rails gem. This is confusing because libgirepository1.0-dev doesn't seem like a direct dependency of tailwindcss-rails. Could anyone shed light on why installing libgirepository1.0-dev fixes the gobject-introspection installation problem during our Docker build, especially in the context of upgrading tailwindcss-rails? We are trying to understand the root cause of this dependency issue.
