task:

having these fields:
1- server
2- channel
3- slots count
4- time slot

steps:
1- user selects the server
2- get the list of channels
3- user selects a channel
4- get the channel configuration
5- user selects how many slots he wants
6- show him X number of date time fields (based on the # of slots)

expected output:
- channel_id
- array of date_time(s)
