What exact behavior are you experiencing? I just went through your flow on your website up to the ID verification without issues.

We are currently unable to retrieve the user details from the search, but I will investigate further and update you here.

Is that attempting to query the API for a user search after they're authenticated?

If you're able to reproduce readily via CURL, send the output over with the additional curl flags `-kvv` - feel free to upload that output to the ticket Sam created, here, or via DM to Akash and myself. Make sure not to include your management key in the snippet though!
