I have a use case where I have a privileged user and in a certain session I would like to demote him to a less privileged role.
In first intuition the impersonation should solve this but the issue is that the session would count for the user we have impersonated too and I want to count the session for the user that impersonating.
What is the best practice for this situation?

1. Store original roles before demotion
2. Set temporary lower-privileged roles
3. Restore original roles when needed
