This sounds like a pretty tricky issue, and it sounds like you've already done a few troubleshooting steps yourself. If your voice is sounding fine on the device but isn't sounding good through software or in a recording on your computer, it's likely got something to do with how your computer is reading the signal from the RØDECaster. I suggested trying the ASIO driver as a troubleshooting step (https://update.rode.com/rodecaster_asio/RODECasterASIO.zip) because it gives your computer a different way of reading the audio in recording programs like Reaper- if it sounds okay through the asio driver it's likely a problem with your computer, not with your RØDECaster device. It would also be helpful to try using the USB2 output instead of USB1 as another troubleshooting step. However, with a complicated issue like this, I'd recommend creating a #1095200902262034452 as soon as possible, as they can take a few days to respond.
