I'm using the official usb-c cable that came with the Rodecaster. Like I said everything sounds perfect through the mic monitoring on the device into my headsets but anything in discord/software end up sounding either way too quiet or when I adjust the windows sound volume up past 50% super loud muffled and just overall terrible. I Just factory reset the device and rebooted my pc but it didn't help. I'm not sure what other cables you would want me to try (USB/XLR?) I just switched to this device in the last month or so and had no idea how quiet the mic actually was until I listened to it myself. Before this with the GOXLR I had no issues with the mic or XLR cable. I'm not sure what asio is. I'm not using this for recording audio currently so im not sure that would help.
