Hey there, it's probably best for you to get a support ticket as I'm not quite sure what could be the issue here. You seem pretty smart so I'm sure none of the following are the issue, but just for the sake of troubleshooting here are a few more things to double check: - in the routing menu you took a photo of above, does the level indicator to the right of the fader indicate that sound is coming through? - have you tried this with the other headphone ports 2, 3, and 4? - have you tried with different headphones?
