So sorry you are having this issue. I don't use my Rodecaster Pro 2 for gaming so it's a bit out of my wheelhouse. But one thing seems off (to me) from your previous pictures of the routing. USB2 has the output of USB2 going back into the same buss. I'm not sure what USB2 is being used for but that does not make sense to me.
