is there anyone here at all that can help address this? I'm not happy with the rode caster pro 2 and I want to return it, but I can't, only alternative is to try to fix it, what the heck can I do? I have a new PC, upgraded to windows 11 (its built for windows 11) and the transfer mode feature USED TO work, but it NO LONGER WORKS. why? how do I fix it? what do I need to do?
