i just downloaded the new update for rode central and it doesn't let me go to the "transfer recordings" screen, it just loads. I reformated Sd card, tried a different SD card, different size SD card, reinstalled the app, restored mixer to factory settings, the mixer simply doesn't work as advertised. This has happened on two units, it literally worked 2 updates ago, why is this happening? I'm on windows 10, are you guys not supporting windows 10 anymore? do I need to seriously update to windows 11 to use this mixer? how does this work exactly?
