I don't even own an RCP2, I pre-ordered the Duo. But based on what I've read it sounds like maybe your settings reset itself (heard of a few people who ran into this issue). I assume you're using the "USB chat" for your microphone in-game. Double check that you are and double check the routing is correct for that. Should be just your mic and soundpad channels selected to come through.
