Hey guys. Does policy checking with

conftest

relies on

mergeable

to be working so I can be able to block an apply if the policy is not approved? I am asking because

mergeable

does not work at with Bitbucket Cloud and now I am being unable to block applies even when the policy is not approved by the owners yet.

I think its a separate condition since you have to comment

atlantis approve_policies

to approve them

That's what I thought. Not sure why I can apply even though I don't have the policies approved
