are true, and all plans have applied successfully

atlantis/plan - 31/31 projects planned successfully.

Is it possible to configure Atlantis to only require applying plans that have changed (or auto-applying plans that have no changes)? This is the blocker:

atlantis/apply — 14/31 projects applied successfully.

☝️ but there are no remaining plans to apply due to

--hide-unchanged-plan-comments
