You probably can do this using the env vars available for each workflow (if you use repo or branch as an identifier) in a custom run command. All workflows (excluding pre or post) have a bunch of environment variables set/avaiable: BASE_REPO_NAME is one of them.

Is that list documented anywhere?

I use PROJECT_NAME for hose cases so then I have all the vars named after the project
